My Savage is my first bike. And I have always only had vehicles with automatic transmissions. Well, as we all know the Savage does not have a tach on it so I have to judge when to shift by the noise I hear, and how it feels. Well thats easy with 1st and 2nd, but when i start getingfaster than that im not sure If I am shifting at the right time. . . .
So, when (at what speed) should I shift into what gear?
